Graphic Designer

Key responsibilities

• Take design briefs to understand requirements
• Conceptualize and develop design concepts, graphics and layouts
• Design and produce collateral in accordance with brand guidelines
• Manage the development and production of design projects from ideation to final production and supervise the quality of the final output.
• Present ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders and incorporating their feedback into the final design
• Liaise with suppliers and service providers to ensure proofs are of good quality and in line with production specifications
• Perform graphic design work including PowerPoint design, marketing collateral (flyers, brochures, stickers, social media posts, banner ads, presentation design)
• Perform the video editing using tools such as Premiere Pro, etc.
• Keep up with design and story-telling trends

Qualifications

• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) is standard. Knowledge of video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects) and web tools (HTML/CSS) is highly valued. Strong understanding of Integrated Marketing and Communications
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and branding.
• Creativity, critical thinking, time management, and the ability to communicate design concepts to clients.
• Familiarity with social media trends, print media, and motion graphics
• Good command of English in spoken and written (Working with Singapore and Thailand Team)
• Any gender with Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or Marketing is preferred, although a diploma or strong portfolio can be accepted and/or any related fields
