Job Summary

Competitive Cracker is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in Kochi, Kerala.

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Work Mode: Full-Time, On-Site

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing and engaging designs for social media posts, advertisements, promotional campaigns, and digital platforms.
• Design posters, banners, brochures, marketing collaterals, and other promotional materials as required.
• Develop creative content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Content teams to understand requirements and translate ideas into effective visual designs.
• Maintain consistency in Competitive Cracker s brand identity, visual style, and design standards across all creatives.
• Edit, enhance, and retouch images and graphics to meet campaign and branding requirements.
• Adapt designs according to different platform specifications, dimensions, and campaign requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest graphic design, digital marketing, and social media trends to create fresh and relevant content.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, creativity, and timely delivery.
• Take creative initiative and contribute new ideas to improve the overall visual communication of the brand.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in Graphic Design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour combinations, layouts, composition, and design principles.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the marketing team.
• Portfolio showcasing previous design work is preferred.
• Kerala-based candidates preferred.
