Graphic Designer

We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Graphic Designer & UI/UX Designer to join our team.

This hybrid role is ideal for a design professional who excels in both graphic design and user experience/interface design, with a proven track record of delivering visually compelling and user-centered digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless, on-brand, and intuitive digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain user interface designs for web and mobile applications, ensuring a consistent and engaging user experience across all digital touchpoints.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Canva.
• Translate complex concepts and requirements into intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing designs.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, style standards, and accessibility best practices.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or training in designing
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with at least 3 years in UI/UX design roles.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic and UI/UX design projects, including web and mobile applications.
• Advanced proficiency in design tools:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Canva
• Figma
• Adobe XD, Illustrator, Sketch.
• Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and visual design for digital products.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate stakeholder requirements and user needs into effective design solutions.

Desirable (Nice-to-Have) Skills:

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for design handoff and collaboration with developers.
• Experience in branding, marketing collateral, and print design.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
