This document briefly explains the project that is expected to be delivered within the scope of this freelance engagement.

Garment & Human Measurement Guide Visuals

Create a complete set of professional 2D and/or 3D visual assets for a platform being developed to collect garment measurements and human body measurements.

The purpose of these visuals is to clearly demonstrate how each garment and body measurement should be taken, ensuring consistency and accuracy for users collecting measurement data.

The illustrations should be clean, easy to understand, visually consistent, and suitable for integration into a digital platform.

Responsibilities

• Create 2D and/or 3D illustrations for garment measurement guides.
• Create 2D and/or 3D illustrations for human body measurement guides.
• Produce clear visual instructions showing the correct placement of measurement lines,tape positions, and measurement points.
• Ensure all illustrations follow a consistent visual style across the entire measurement library.
• Design graphics that are suitable for web applications.
• Collaborate with the product team to refine illustrations based on feedback.
• Deliver editable source files together with production-ready exported assets.
• Maintain organised project files throughout the engagement.

Skills Required

The ideal freelancer should possess the following skills and experience:

• Strong professional portfolio demonstrating both 2D and 3D design capabilities.
• Ability to create original visual assets from concept through to final execution.
• Experience creating graphics from scratch rather than relying on templates or generative AI.

• Professional proficiency with industry-standard 2D design software such as Adobe

• Professional working knowledge of 3D software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, Autodesk

Maya, 3ds Max, Adobe Substance 3D, or equivalent.

• Experience producing vector, raster, and 3D assets.
• Ability to deliver organised, editable, production-ready source files.
• Strong understanding of file formats, resolution, color spaces, and digital asset optimisation.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and independently develop high-quality visual concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain visual consistency across a large set of illustrations.
• Experience collaborating with product teams and incorporating structured feedback into design iterations.
• Highly organised with excellent communication and time management skills.

Deliverables

• Complete set of 2D and/or 3D measurement guide illustrations for garments.
• Complete set of 2D and/or 3D measurement guide illustrations for human body measurements.
• Editable source files for all illustrations.
• Exported assets suitable for use within the platform (PNG, SVG, or other agreed formats).
• Organised project files and asset library.
• One consistent illustration style that can be extended for future measurement guides.
