Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Multimedia Specialist with expertise in graphic and web design to handle a variety of creative tasks across both digital and print formats. The ideal candidate will have experience working with graphic designs and multimedia design elements, and will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality content**.**

Job Responsibilities:

• Create images and designs by using digital skills to meet design briefs.
• Use computer-aided graphics programs (Adobe Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Provide roughs for approval within a set timescale, often to tight deadlines.
• Study design briefs and determine requirements.
• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce a final design.
• Amend designs after feedback swiftly and accurately.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Design websites that meet client specifications and business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Work closely with Multimedia Specialists specializing in Web Design and Development to improve website quality.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in a Multimedia Arts or any related field
• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent visual design skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English (relevant for working with American clients)
• Excellent in communication and collaboration skills
• Creative and has experience doing graphic design layouting
• Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques
• Proven experience as a graphic and web designer or in a similar position is a plus
• Experience in Squarespace and/or Wordpress, or willing to learn the process, is a plus.
• Proofreading skills or copyreading background is a plus
• Ability to work night-shifting schedules and onsite.
