About the role

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Mit Mongkol Industry Co., Ltd.' in Bangkok. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity and marketing materials for our diverse range of products and services. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and contribute to the success of our company.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing visually engaging and on-brand designs for a variety of print and digital media, including advertisements, brochures, social media graphics, and packaging
2. Collaborating with the marketing team to understand and interpret project requirements, and translating them into impactful visual solutions
3. Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques to ensure our brand maintains a fresh and modern appeal
4. Efficiently managing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail
5. Providing creative input and recommendations to enhance the overall effectiveness of our marketing and promotional materials
6. Assisting with the production and delivery of final design assets to internal and external stakeholders

What we're looking for

1. A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an advertising, marketing, or agency environment
3. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
4. Excellent typography and layout skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
5. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback into your design process
6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find innovative solutions
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey your design concepts effectively
