Job Description:

Job Summary:
The Senior Graphic Artist is responsible for developing high-quality visual concepts and designs that support the company’s branding, marketing, and communication needs. This role leads creative execution across print, digital, and social media platforms while ensuring brand consistency and visual excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and design marketing materials such as posters, flyers, brochures, banners, and digital ads
• Develop visual content for social media platforms and website use
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and company standards
• Collaborate with Marketing, HR, and other departments for creative requirements
• Edit and enhance photos, videos, and other multimedia assets when needed
• Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns and promotional materials
• Manage multiple design projects with tight deadlines
• Mentor and guide junior graphic designers when necessary
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, or related field
• At least 3–5 years experience in graphic design (senior level preferred)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical skills
• Good understanding of branding and visual storytelling
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and creativity

Preferred Skills:

• Motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Experience in hospitality or corporate branding is an advantage
• Team leadership or mentoring experience
