Graphic Designer

Role Description This part-time remote Graphic Designer role at Esencia - Limpieza con propósito focuses on creating visual assets that align with the brand’s mission and values. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing graphics for digital and print channels, developing visual concepts for marketing campaigns, and producing consistent layouts for social media, website content, and promotional materials. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate creative briefs into engaging designs, refine and adapt assets based on feedback, and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints. Additional tasks may include preparing files for production, managing a design asset library, and staying current with design trends relevant to the brand and audience.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience creating visual assets for digital and print media.
• Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including the ability to develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
• Solid understanding of Typography and layout principles, ensuring clear, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing designs.
• Experience with professional design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar) and file preparation for various platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and openness to feedback, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience designing for mission-driven or consumer brands is a plus.
• Relevant education or training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
