About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team and create visually compelling designs across digital, social media, marketing, branding, and communication channels.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for aesthetics, typography, composition, and brand consistency, along with the ability to translate ideas and briefs into impactful visual content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging and high-quality designs for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, presentations, websites, emailers, and marketing collateral.
• Develop creative concepts and visual directions based on campaign and brand requirements.
• Design social media posts, carousels, stories, banners, thumbnails, infographics, and promotional creatives.
• Maintain consistency across all brand communication and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
• Work closely with the marketing, content, video, and business teams to understand briefs and deliver creative solutions.
• Develop campaign creatives and adapt designs across multiple formats and platforms.
• Create presentations, brochures, flyers, standees, posters, and other offline marketing materials when required.
• Work on basic motion graphics, GIFs, and animated creatives where needed.
• Retouch and edit images, photographs, and other visual assets.
• Manage and organize design files, templates, brand assets, and creative libraries.
• Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, typography, visual styles, and creative best practices.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
