GRAPHIC DESIGNER

About the role

Create and maintain premium visual materials across VIBE Development and individual project brands. Design sales presentations, project decks, brochures, fact sheets, investor-facing materials and partner presentations. Produce campaign and digital assets for social media, advertising, project launches, websites and events. Work professionally with architectural renders, floorplans, maps, photography and project information. Maintain brand consistency, reusable templates, organized design files and production-ready artwork.

• Design sales presentations, project decks, brochures, fact sheets, investor-facing materials and partner presentations
• Produce campaign and digital assets for social media, advertising, project launches, websites and events
• Work professionally with architectural renders, floorplans, maps, photography and project information
• Maintain brand consistency, reusable templates, organized design files and production-ready artwork

About you

• Minimum 3 years of professional graphic-design experience; ideally 3–5+ years
• Experience in premium real estate, property development, hospitality, luxury, architecture, lifestyle, wellness or related sectors is preferred
• Strong Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign skills
• Strong presentation-design capability in Microsoft PowerPoint and/or Google Slides
• Excellent typography, layout, visual hierarchy, image selection and attention to detail
• Professional English and Bahasa Indonesia; ability to work closely with marketing, sales, project and management teams
• Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva, AI-assisted creative tools, motion graphics or video editing are advantages
