Graphic Designer

Role Overview:

Range Pharma is a leading veterinarian pharmaceutical manufacturer with a strong B2B presence locally, and internationally. We operate across the companion animal segment (vet clinics) and the livestock segment (poultry, ruminants etc) .

As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the visual aspects of this business and how we communicate to our B2B segment - from the presentation slides, the collaterals in a vet clinic, product packaging, to our presence at industry expos. You will work closely with our marketing and business development teams to bring clarity and consistency to a fast growing, technical business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design presentation decks and sales materials used by our clinic, livestock B2B, compounding, and commercial lab teams.
• Produce collateral such as brochures, product/technical sheets, and sales support materials for these B2B lines.
• Design and support website assets across our B2B-facing pages.
• Design our booth presence and materials for industry expos and exhibitions.
• Collaborate with marketing and business development to conceptualise and execute campaigns that elevate our B2B brand presence.
• Ensure visual consistency across all B2B touchpoints and materials.
• Occasionally support design needs outside this core scope, such as packaging or social media content, as the business requires.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.

Qualifications:

• Proven graphic design experience (3–6 years) with a strong portfolio spanning presentation/deck design, print collateral, and digital or web work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and strong deck-building skills in PowerPoint or Keynote.
• Familiarity with web design/prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Webflow, or similar) a plus.
• Excellent visual design judgment, with the ability to translate technical or scientific content into clear, credible visuals.
• Strong communication skills — comfortable presenting concepts and rationale to both marketing and technical stakeholders.
• Able to work methodically across multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in animal health, veterinary, pharma, or a B2B industry is a strong plus.

You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic office — complete with resident dogs and pets — surrounded by people who care as much about animals as you do. An interest in animals would be a bonus!
