Graphic Designer

• Conceptualize and design impactful social media creatives, ad campaign visuals, and digital marketing assets that enhance brand visibility and engagement
• Develop visually structured instructional materials, converting product processes into intuitive and easy to understand graphical layouts
• Create website banners, website creatives as per custom size and format requirements.
• Create high-quality print collaterals including flyers, brochures, leaflets, and other marketing materials with production ready artwork aligned to print standards
• Design and execute event branding assets such as banners, stage backdrops, standees, and custom visual installations
• Develop retail and in store branding elements including danglers, stickers, certificates, signage, kiosk mockups, and other physical touchpoints
• Produce large format outdoor advertising creatives for taxis, buses, lamp posts, metro panels, bus shelters, billboards, and many more ensuring visual clarity and impact at scale
• Design branded merchandise and promotional materials including apparel, watches, magnets, pens, diaries, mugs, keychains, bottles, flasks, presentation boxes, packaging materials and other giveaway items
• Develop simple yet engaging motion graphic videos such as tutorial explainers, walkthroughs, and short promotional animations
• Translate non-technical user journeys into visually compelling storytelling frameworks that clearly communicate product and service usage
• Leverage modern AI powered creative tools to enhance ideation, design efficiency, mockups, content adaptation, and visual experimentation while maintaining originality and brand integrity

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6 to 8 years of professional design experience across digital, print, retail, and motion graphics formats
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative depth, brand thinking, and execution excellence
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including collaborative workflows and component-based design systems
• Working knowledge of modern AI design tools and generative platforms to support creative production
• Familiarity with basic 3D visualization tools is an advantage
• Strong understanding of typography, layout systems, color theory, branding, and large format production standards
