About the role

Wright Life Pharmaceutical Limited is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our Marketing & Communications team. This is a full-time position based in Tsuen Wan District. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity and communication materials of our pharmaceutical company. You will be responsible for creating compelling designs that effectively communicate our brand message to healthcare professionals, patients, and stakeholders. This position is integral to our marketing strategy and brand positioning within the pharmaceutical industry.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop creative visual concepts and designs for a diverse range of marketing and communications materials, including brochures, packaging, digital content, and promotional campaigns
2. Create engaging designs for print and digital platforms that align with Wright Life Pharmaceutical's brand guidelines and marketing objectives
3. Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team to translate strategic briefs into visually compelling designs
4. Design pharmaceutical marketing collateral, including product information materials, presentations, and healthcare professional resources
5. Produce high-quality graphics and layouts for website content, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertising
6. Undertake packaging design work that meets regulatory requirements whilst maintaining strong aesthetic appeal
7. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications
8. Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and refine designs to meet project requirements and brand standards
9. Maintain and update design templates and asset libraries for consistent brand application across all communications
10. Stay current with design trends and industry best practices in pharmaceutical marketing communications

What we're looking for

1. Diploma or degree qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related discipline
2. Minimum 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG sectors
3. Proficiency with industry-standard design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools
4. Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design work across print and digital mediums
5. Excellent understanding of colour theory, typography, layout principles, and visual hierarchy
6. Knowledge of packaging design requirements and regulatory considerations in the pharmaceutical industry
7. Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in design work and brand consistency
8. Excellent communication and collaborative skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
9. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise workload effectively
10. Proficiency in Adobe XD, Figma, or other UI/UX design tools is advantageous
11. Experience with video editing or motion graphics is a plus
12. Familiarity with pharmaceutical marketing regulations and compliance requirements is preferred
