As demand increases, we’re looking for a creative, detail-driven Graphic Designer who loves seeing their artwork transformed into tangible, real-world installations.

The Best Part? You won’t be stuck sitting in endless corporate strategy meetings or managing complex account retainers. Your focus is purely on the craft: taking initial client briefs, building production-ready artwork, and mastering the Adobe software that brings it all together.

Key Responsibilities

You will play a leading role on our design team, bridging the gap between client ideas and high-quality physical production:

• Artwork Preparation: Creating, adapting, and proofing designs for large-format print, vehicles, retail fascias, and interior signage using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Pre-Press & RIP Setups: Preparing vector files, managing cut paths, bleed, and color profiles, and running files through RIP software for seamless production delivery.
• Client Proofing & Layout: Collaborating with clients to refine concepts, make artwork adjustments, and deliver accurate visual proofs for sign-off.
• Production Support: Working side-by-side with our print and finishing team on the factory floor to ensure file specs match real-world materials, dimensions, and machine limits.
• Quality Control: Checking artwork setups for resolution, color consistency, and scaling accuracy before jobs head to the printers.

Requirements & Experience

We are looking for a practical designer with a strong creative eye and solid pre-press fundamentals:

• Software Proficiency: Expert confidence in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Industry Knowledge: Experience designing for large-format print, signage, or vinyl application is a major advantage (understanding bleed, vectoring, and scaling).
• Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for alignment, typography, proofreading, and technical layout accuracy.
• RIP Software Experience: Previous use of print RIP software (e.g., Onyx, Caldera, or VersaWorks) is a strong benefit.
• Hands-On Mindset: A proactive team player who enjoys popping onto the floor to see how their digital files print and finish in real life.
