Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to develop engaging visual content for our schools, institutions, social media platforms, marketing campaigns, and other organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Create creative designs for social media posts, advertisements, posters, banners, brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials.
• Develop visual content for Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, websites, and other digital platforms.
• Design promotional materials for events, campaigns, admissions, and institutional activities.
• Maintain consistency in branding, fonts, colours, and overall visual identity.
• Work closely with the Marketing and HR teams to understand design requirements and deliver projects on time.
• Edit and enhance photographs and other visual assets.
• Create basic video/reel content and motion graphics when required.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with current design trends and social media creative formats.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Good knowledge of Canva.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour combinations, layouts, and visual composition.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and time-management skills.

Qualification

• Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Relevant experience and a strong portfolio will be given preference.

Experience

2–5years of relevant experience preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
