Dermally is a derma skincare brand built for sensitive and eczema-prone skin. We formulate our products with real, effective active ingredient concentrations to ensure we provide solutions to our community of quality-conscious adults with sensitive skin and parents of eczema-prone children.

As we grow, we're looking for a Graphic Designer to help bring a warm, approachable and a little fun voice to life visually across every touchpoint our customers see.

The Role

As Dermally's Graphic Designer, you'll be the creative hands behind how the brand looks and feel, from social content and ad creatives to packaging, retail collateral, and event materials. You'll work closely with our marketing team to translate campaign ideas, product stories, and brand guidelines into visuals that are on-brand, on-trend, and built to convert.

This is a full-time position based at our office in Ipoh, Malaysia, where you'll be part of a hands-on marketing team.

What You'll Do

• Maintain and evolve Dermally's visual identity and brand guidelines across all channels
• Collaborate with the marketing, social, and performance teams to turn campaign briefs into finished creative on tight timelines
• Design creatives for Instagram, TikTok, and Meta/performance ads — static posts, carousels, story assets, and ad variations optimized for e-commerce and retargeting
• Design, amend, and update product packaging in line with Dermally's brand packaging guidelines
• Develop creatives (example: stickers, PR box, and packaging designs) for product launches and campaigns.
• Produce booth signage, banners, and collateral for offline activations and events
• Design retail and pharmacy point-of-sale materials
• Liaise with printing suppliers: get quotations, place orders, and follow through on print production
• Keep an organized design asset library and maintain proper record-keeping and filing for packaging, print, and supplier documentation

Who We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• 1–3 years of design experience; candidates with experience in beauty, skincare, FMCG, or e-commerce brands are a plus
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or Figma/Canva; motion or video editing skills (After Effects, CapCut, Premiere Pro) are a bonus
• A strong portfolio showing versatility across social media, packaging, and print/collateral design
• A strong design eye, with the ability to come up with interesting, eye-catching design ideas, not just execute briefs
• Good record-keeping and file organization skills, including managing packaging files, print approvals, and supplier documentation
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects and turning briefs around quickly without compromising quality
• A collaborative, feedback-open attitude and genuine interest in skincare/beauty
• Able to work on-site at our Ipoh office full-time
