ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for an experienced and highly creative Graphic Designer to join our marketing team and contribute to Dash Living’s visual direction. This is a hands-on individual contributor role suited to someone who enjoys developing creative concepts, producing high-quality design work, and bringing campaigns to life across digital, print, and experiential channels.

You will work closely with our marketing, sales, and operations teams, as well as offsite teammates, to translate business goals and brand requirements into engaging and effective visual communications.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Contribute to the development and execution of Dash Living’s visual identity across digital, print, and experiential touchpoints.
• Develop creative concepts and visual narratives based on marketing briefs, business objectives, and brand requirements.
• Design high-quality graphics, animations, and videos for sales, marketing, social media, and internal communications.
• Create digital and print collateral, including brochures, property signage, event communications, advertisements, presentations, and sales decks.
• Apply brand guidelines consistently across all creative outputs and help keep brand assets and templates up to date.
• Work closely with offsite marketing teammates and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, share ideas, and deliver effective creative solutions.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, real estate, technology, agency, or consumer brands is an advantage.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating experience in branding, digital design, print collateral, motion graphics, video, and typography. Applications without a portfolio link or attachment will not be considered.
• Strong attention to detail, visual judgment, and a good understanding of typography, layout, colour, and production requirements.
• Able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with offsite and multicultural teams.
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
