Graphic Designer

About the role

Hot Print Media PLT is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Penang Island, Penang. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and effective designs to support our clients' marketing and branding initiatives.

What you'll be doing

• Developing creative concepts and design solutions for a variety of marketing materials, including print ads, brochures, social media graphics, and web designs
• Collaborating with the marketing team to understand client requirements and translating them into impactful visual designs
• Ensuring design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all projects
• Preparing files for print and digital production, including optimising images and layouts
• Providing design support and guidance to other team members as needed
• Staying up-to-date with design trends, best practices, and new technologies

What we're looking for

• A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably in an agency or creative studio setting
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software
• Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate design ideas effectively
• Familiarity with print production processes and file preparation
• Excellent time management and organisational skills to juggle multiple projects
