Creative Design & Branding

·        Design brochures, particulars, presentations, flyers and advertisements.

• Create premium layouts for Prime Residential properties.
• Combine photography, floor plans, maps, copy and property data.
• Develop assets for launches, campaigns and key instructions.
• Retouch and prepare imagery for print and digital.
• Prepare floor plans, maps and property visuals.

Digital Marketing Support

• Design assets for social, web, email and paid media.
• Create content for Instagram, LinkedIn and digital campaigns.
• Adapt creative across formats, dimensions and platforms.
• Support launches, events, open houses and campaigns.
• Create basic motion graphics and short-form content.
• Prepare assets to required technical specifications.

Print & Collateral Design

• Prepare accurate print-ready artwork.

• Ensure correct resolution, colour and sizing.

• Liaise with printers and production suppliers.

• Review proofs and final production quality.

• Coordinate specialist print and branded materials.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Liaise with internal departments to assess design requirements and project objectives.
• Coordinate with external vendors, printers, agencies, and production partners regarding design deliverables.
• Present creative concepts and design recommendations to management and stakeholders.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback while maintaining design quality and brand consistency.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 – 5  years professional graphic design experience, preferably within real estate, property marketing, or a related creative industry in the UAE.
• Advanced Adobe Creative cloud skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom).Effects is a plus.
• Strong typography, layout, branding, and visual storytelling skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong print and digital production knowledge.
• Strong image-editing and retouching skills.
• Experience across print, digital, social and presentations.
• Strong PowerPoint design capability.
• Strong creative brief interpretation.
• Strong brand-guideline discipline.
• Strong organisation and deadline management.
• Confident stakeholder management.
• Strong professional design portfolio.
