Job Context We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. The selected candidate will develop visually appealing, effective design materials to support the resort's branding, marketing, promotions, events, and guest communication.

Job Location: House # 10/C, Road # 95, Gulshan-2, Dhaka.

Department: Brand & Marketing (Graphic Design) Job Responsibilities

• Create attractive designs for social media posts, advertisements, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing-related activities.
• Design brochures, flyers, banners, posters, standees, billboards, and other printed materials.
• Develop creative materials for resort promotions, special offers, events, and seasonal campaign activities.
• Design and maintain visual content for the resort's website and digital platforms.
• Prepare designs for menus, guest information materials, signage, and other in-resort branding issues.
• Knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, or animation will be considered an additional advantage.
• Ensure consistency in the resort's brand identity, colours, fonts and overall visual communications.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Management teams to understand campaign and design requirements.
• Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with printing vendors when required.
• Edit and retouch photographs for promotional and marketing purposes.
• Stay updated with current design trends and bring fresh creative ideas to the team.
• Manage multiple design projects and ensure timely delivery.
