About the role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team on a full-time basis in Seri Kembangan, Selangor. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in bringing our clients' visions to life through compelling visual design. You will be responsible for creating innovative and eye-catching graphics that enhance brand identity and communicate messages effectively across various events and marketing materials. This position is fundamental to our creative output and directly contributes to the success of our events and client satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

• Design and create visually striking graphics for events, including promotional materials, signage, banners, digital displays and branded collateral
• Develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with client briefs and brand guidelines
• Work collaboratively with event planners, marketing teams and clients to understand project requirements and deliver designs that exceed expectations
• Produce artwork in various formats and specifications suitable for both digital and print media
• Prepare design files for print production and ensure all materials meet quality standards and technical specifications
• Maintain and organise design assets, templates and brand guidelines for efficient workflow and consistency
• Incorporate feedback and revise designs promptly to meet client and project requirements
• Stay current with design trends, software developments and industry best practices to continually enhance your creative skills
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously whilst meeting agreed deadlines

What we're looking for

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication or a related field
• Proven experience working as a graphic designer, preferably within the events, marketing or creative agency sector
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, 3D Max) and other relevant design tools and added advantage
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout principles and visual hierarchy
• Excellent portfolio demonstrating a range of design work, creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Knowledge of print production processes, file formats and technical specifications for both digital and print materials
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and team members
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure, manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Creative mindset with a passion for design innovation and staying updated with current design trends
• Problem-solving capability and flexibility in adapting designs to meet evolving project needs
• Experience in event design or working within a fast-paced creative environment would be advantageous
