Job Title: Graphic Designer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Communications team. This role goes beyond conventional design — it requires a blend of visual storytelling, video content creation, and research-driven marketing support across multiple business divisions.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in modern design and video tools, adaptable to fast-paced requirements, and capable of leveraging AI platforms for research and content development. You will play a key role in enhancing brand communication through impactful creatives across digital, print, and exhibition platforms.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

Experience: 3–4 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities / KRAs:

1. Creative Design & Visual Communication

• Edit & Develop high-quality creative content for social media, digital campaigns, brochures, presentations, exhibition panels, and e-mailers.
• Ensure all creatives are aligned with brand guidelines, messaging, and marketing objectives.
• Translate briefs into compelling visual concepts with strong attention to detail.

2. Video Content Creation & Editing

• Create and edit engaging video content for social media, product showcases, and exhibitions through AI platforms
• Work with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva (Video), and other video editing platforms.
• Support development of short-form videos, reels, and motion graphics.

3. Multi-Division Marketing Support

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, product, etc.) to understand varied communication needs & target audience.

· Translate marketing briefs into creative and engaging visual concepts while ensuring consistency while catering to target audiences.

4. Research & Content Support

• Conduct research for marketing campaigns, industry trends, competitor analysis, and design inspiration.
• Utilize AI tools such as Chat GPT, Gemini, and similar platforms for: Content ideation, Visual direction inputs, Market and industry insights
• Convert research insights into effective visual communication.

5. Project Coordination & Execution

• Assist in managing marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery of creatives across campaigns and events.
• Coordinate with external agencies, printers, and vendors for execution of marketing materials.

6. Digital Optimization

• Create platform-specific creatives optimized for LinkedIn, Instagram, websites, email campaigns, and digital ads.
• Maintain consistency in UI/UX aesthetics and digital brand presence.

Technical Skills:

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro(or equivalent video editing tools), After Effect, Canva (Design + Video Editing), Corel Draw

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for e-mailers is an advantage.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
