• Develop and execute creative concepts for branding, marketing campaigns, and digital content that align with strategic goals
• Design logos, visual identities, layouts, and typography for diverse projects using tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma
• Create engaging motion graphics and video content utilizing Adobe After Effects and video editing software to enhance storytelling
• Collaborate with marketing teams to produce compelling digital art, social media visuals, and web assets using WordPress, HTML, CSS, and content management systems
• Manage color schemes and ensure consistent color management across all designs while applying principles of color theory and typography
• Produce high-quality print advertising materials including signage, brochures, and promotional items using sign manufacturing techniques when necessary
• Conduct photo manipulation and photography sessions to capture or enhance images for various campaigns
• Maintain brand consistency by adhering to style guides and visual standards across all deliverables
• Present design concepts clearly to stakeholders using presentation skills and tools like InVision or other prototyping platforms

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing digital design, branding, logo creation, and motion graphics
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, CorelDRAW, Figma, and other relevant design tools
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles for web design and layout design for both digital and print media
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus for collaborating on web projects and understanding technical constraints
• Experience with photo manipulation, photography techniques, and content management systems such as WordPress or similar platforms
• Familiarity with sign manufacturing processes or production design is advantageous
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas effectively to clients or team members

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
