Graphic Designer — Island Sports

Cemagi, Uluwatu & Signature Padel Denpasar, Bali

About the role

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to lead the day-to-day visual content for three of our Bali locations: Island Sports Cemagi, Island Sports Uluwatu and Signature Padel Denpasar.

The role will be primarily focused on padel and club lifestyle, creating consistent, high-quality content across social media, events, tournaments, promotions and in-club communications. You’ll also support F&B-related creative for our Uluwatu location.

You’ll work closely with the Marketing Lead and club teams to ensure each location has a strong and recognisable visual identity while remaining consistent with the wider Island Sports brand.

Responsibilities

• Design social media content for Instagram, including posts, stories, carousels and reel covers
• Create promotional assets for padel events, tournaments, leagues, social activities and special offers
• Design print materials including posters, flyers, signage, banners and in-club communications
• Create F&B promotional materials and selected print assets for the Uluwatu location
• Adapt designs across different formats for social media, digital advertising, WhatsApp, app and print
• Maintain consistency across the visual identities of Cemagi, Uluwatu and Signature Padel
• Work from existing brand guidelines while developing creative concepts that feel fresh and relevant to each club
• Produce simple motion graphics or video edits for reels and ads when required
• Organise and maintain shared creative assets, including logos, photos, templates and brand files
• Occasionally assist with on-site content capture for tournaments, events and club activities

Requirements

• 2+ years of graphic design experience, either agency, in-house or freelance
• Strong portfolio demonstrating social media, print and branding work
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or Canva Pro
• Strong understanding of typography, layouts and visual consistency
• Comfortable managing creative for multiple locations and brand identities
• Able to work quickly and manage multiple briefs and deadlines at the same time
• Good understanding of social media formats and Instagram content
• Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar are preferred
• English fluency

Nice to have

• Experience designing for sports, padel, hospitality or lifestyle brands
• Interest in sports and the Bali lifestyle
• Basic photography and/or videography skills
• Experience creating assets for tournaments, events or community-led brands
