**Role Description<

This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Kathmandu. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for digital and print channels, including marketing materials, social media graphics, presentations, and internal communications.

Responsibilities include developing brand-consistent designs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, and translating concepts into clear, engaging visuals.

The role involves designing logos, refining brand identity elements, selecting and applying typography, and preparing files for production or development handoff.

The Graphic Designer will also contribute to design concepts, maintain design libraries, and ensure all materials align with SRIYOG’s visual standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, including layout, color theory, and visual composition.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive visual identities.
• Proficiency in Typography, with the ability to choose and apply typefaces for clear and attractive communication.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma or similar).
• Ability to interpret briefs, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback constructively.
• Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant graphic design work across digital and print media.
• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.**
