Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to translate complex business ideas into clear, engaging, and visually impactful communication. You will work closely with the content, marketing, leadership, and business teams to build a strong, consistent brand presence across digital and print channels.

The ideal candidate has a strong design sense, understands corporate and B2B communication, and can deliver polished work across multiple projects within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Design & Branding

• Design high-quality creatives that reflect Inttegria's brand identity across all platforms.
• Maintain and apply brand guidelines to ensure consistency in colours, typography, and layouts.
• Contribute to the visual direction of campaigns and corporate communications.

Creative Development

Create engaging designs for:

• Company Profiles & Corporate Presentations
• Sales Proposals & Pitch Decks
• Brochures & Marketing Collateral
• Website Banners, Landing Page Graphics & Web Assets
• LinkedIn & Social Media Creatives
• Email Campaigns & Newsletter Templates
• Case Studies, Whitepapers & Industry Report Layouts
• Infographics & Data Visualizations
• Recruitment & Employer Branding Creatives
• Event Collaterals, Standees & Print Materials

Digital & Campaign Support

• Design ad creatives and campaign visuals in line with marketing objectives.
• Adapt designs for multiple formats, sizes, and platforms.
• Work with the digital marketing team on campaign execution.
• Create basic motion graphics or short video edits (a plus).

Collaboration & Project Management

• Work with content, marketing, and business teams to understand briefs and deliver on-brand designs.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Incorporate feedback and revise designs efficiently.
• Coordinate with external printers and vendors where required.
• Maintain organized design files, templates, and asset libraries.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Certifications in Design, UI/UX, or Motion Graphics are an advantage.

Experience

• 3-4 years of experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Brand Design.
• Experience in B2B, Finance, Consulting, Technology, SaaS, or Professional Services is preferred.
• A strong portfolio showcasing corporate, digital, and print design work.
