About the Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer to execute high-quality visual designs across multiple platforms. In this role, you will play a key part in bringing the brand's visual identity to life and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging, on-brand designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling visual assets for digital and print media, including marketing campaigns, website graphics, social media, branding materials, and advertisements.
• Apply and help maintain brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all materials.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, developers, and marketing teams to create user-friendly and engaging designs.
• Incorporate feedback from senior designers and stakeholders to refine and improve design output.
• Manage the production process for assigned projects, ensuring high-quality output and meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet business objectives.
• Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and agencies when necessary to produce marketing materials.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator).
• Solid understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Good communication and project management skills.
• Ability to take initiative, work independently, and handle tight deadlines.
• Experience working in a fast-paced corporate or agency environment.
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) or 3D design is a plus.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and design tools such as Figma or Sketch is a plus.
• Familiarity with web design principles; HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
