We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing marketing, digital, and content marketing creatives for noon Minutes Ad Monetization team

• Creative Output & Design Production: Oversee and produce graphics and prints for noon Create high-quality digital ad creatives across banners, brand stores, spotlights, pop-ups, bottom sheets, promotional tiles, and event assets.
• Own creatives end-to-end, from brief understanding and concept development to final delivery.
• Adapt designs across multiple formats, placements, markets, and device specifications.
• Deliver static and animated assets, including GIFs, Lottie, and motion creatives.
• Ensure all creatives follow brand guidelines, platform specifications, and quality standards.
• Work closely with Ad Sales and Ad Operations to understand campaign requirements and deliver assets within agreed timelines.
• Manage multiple campaigns and tight/short turnaround timelines without compromising quality.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently while maintaining creative consistency.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of commercial experience in Graphic Design.
• A strong portfolio of work showcasing a proven track record of creative excellence.
• Design experience across both print and digital domains, with work background on either the client or agency side.
• High working proficiency with industry-standard software and technologies, including Adobe Creative Suite Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, etc.
• Strong capability in both Illustration and Videography.
• Proven ability to display commercially minded conceptual thinking.
• Deep understanding of key graphic design and marketing principles.
