GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Role Overview

oCommerce is looking for a Graphic Designer to create engaging, high-quality visual content across our portfolio of e-commerce and D2C brands. The role is suitable for designers with experience in either Creative/E-commerce Design, Performance Marketing Creative, or both. You will work on a mix of e-commerce visuals, website creatives, product graphics, promotional assets, paid advertising creatives and digital campaigns, depending on your area of expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality digital and e-commerce creatives for multiple brands.
• Design website banners, hero images, product visuals, promotional graphics and marketing assets.
• Create Meta and paid-social advertising creatives, including static ads and carousels.
• Develop multiple creative concepts, layouts, hooks and variations for testing.
• Create visually compelling product and lifestyle imagery, including AI-assisted creative where required.
• Adapt creatives into different sizes and formats for various digital platforms.
• Work closely with Marketing, E-commerce and Media Buying teams to translate briefs into effective visual concepts.
• Maintain brand consistency across websites, advertisements and digital channels.
• Refresh and improve existing creatives based on feedback and campaign performance.
• Manage multiple creative requests, brands and deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Organise design files, creative versions and final exports efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills

• Required Skills
• 3–5 years of professional Graphic Design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating e-commerce, digital, social media and/or performance creatives.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Good understanding of typography, composition, colour, layouts, visual hierarchy and branding.
• Experience creating product-focused and promotional creatives.
• Ability to develop multiple creative concepts and variations.
• Strong attention to detail and visual quality.
• Ability to work independently from a brief in a fast-paced environment.
• Performance Creative Skills – Preferred
• Candidates with experience in performance marketing creative should have exposure to:
• Meta advertising creatives
• Static ads and carousels
• Creative testing and variations
• Conversion-focused design
• Performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, CPA and ROAS
• Working with Media Buyers
• AI-generated product, model and lifestyle imagery
• Good to Have
• Figma
• Basic motion graphics / video editing
• Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
• Experience with D2C / e-commerce brands
• Experience in apparel, fashion, beauty or other consumer brands
• Experience creating creatives for US / international markets
• Familiarity with AI creative and image-generation tools
