Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and creative Graphic Designer to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in graphic design, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to create high-quality designs for both digital and print applications.

The candidate must be highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. Familiarity with printing will be considered an added advantage.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Create creative and professional designs for digital and print media.
• Design business cards, flyers, brochures, banners, posters, advertisements, social media creatives, and other marketing materials.
• Prepare artwork according to printing specifications and production requirements.
• Create and modify designs based on client requirements and brand guidelines.
• Develop print-ready files with correct dimensions, bleed, margins, resolution, color mode, and file formats.
• Coordinate with the printing/production team to ensure designs are suitable for production.
• Make revisions and adjustments based on client or internal feedback.
• Ensure consistency in branding, typography, colors, layouts, and visual presentation.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Review final artwork carefully before sending it for printing or publishing.
• Maintain organized design files and source files for future use.
• Stay updated with current design trends, techniques, and software capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Mandatory proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Mandatory proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, composition, and layout.
• Good understanding of preparing artwork for both digital and print applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into effective visual designs.
• Familiarity with printing operations, printing processes, paper/finishing options, and production requirements will be an added advantage.
• Experience with other Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as InDesign is an advantage.

Employment Requirements

• Valid Qatar ID (QID) is required.
• NOC is required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Candidates currently available in Qatar are preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: QAR 3,000 – 4,000, depending on experience and skills.
