Graphic Designer

About the role

Midea Electronics Indonesia is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis in Central Jakarta. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our brand identity and visual communication strategy whilst working for a leading electronics manufacturer. You will play a crucial role in creating compelling visual content that resonates with our target audience and supports our business objectives across multiple platforms and mediums.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and designing visual content including logos, marketing materials, packaging designs, and digital assets that align with brand guidelines and company objectives
• Creating engaging graphics for digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, websites, and promotional materials
• Collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions
• Producing high-quality design layouts, illustrations, and visual concepts using industry-standard design software
• Ensuring consistency of visual branding across all company communications and marketing materials
• Incorporating client and stakeholder feedback to refine and improve design deliverables
• Managing multiple design projects simultaneously whilst maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines
• Staying updated with current design trends, technologies, and best practices in the graphic design industry

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating design expertise and creative capabilities
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout principles, and visual hierarchy
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, polished design work
• Knowledge of print and digital design specifications, file formats, and production processes
• Experience with branding and brand identity development is highly valued
• Familiarity with web design principles and user experience (UX) considerations is a plus
• Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred
