Job Description: Graphic Designer (Thumbnail and Creative)

Location: Rohini Sector 3, Delhi (Work from office, in-house)

About the role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer who can turn a video script or idea into an eye-catching thumbnail and other designs. You will work in-house with our content team and deliver quality work on time.

Key responsibilities

• Create high-quality, click-worthy thumbnails based on video scripts and topics
• Design social media creatives, banners and other marketing graphics
• Come up with original design ideas without depending on references
• Use AI tools to speed up work (image generation, background removal, upscaling, etc.)
• Deliver work within the agreed turnaround time, including quick revisions
• Keep designs consistent with the brand's look and style
• Work closely with the content and video team and accept feedback positively

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as a graphic designer
• Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop (must-have)
• Proven experience making thumbnails (please share your portfolio)
• Good understanding of design basics: layout, color, typography and composition
• Ability to read a script and turn it into a visual concept
• Basic knowledge of AI tools such as Midjourney, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly or ChatGPT image tools
• Creative thinking and the ability to work without a reference
• Able to work fast and handle multiple deadlines

Good to have

• Knowledge of Illustrator, Canva or Figma
• Basic understanding of YouTube trends and what makes viewers click
• Basic video editing knowledge
