Graphic Designer

About the role

Siamaya Chocolate, an award-winning bean-to-bar chocolate maker, is looking for a creative and self-directed Senior Graphic Designer to take charge of visual identity across packaging, digital content, and branded materials. This is a lead position responsible for setting the visual direction of the Siamaya brand. The Senior Graphic Designer will play a key role in shaping how the brand looks and feels from packaging to digital content. This is a full-time, five-day workweek position based in Chiang Mai, with flexibility for remote work within Thailand for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design efforts across packaging, labels, promotional materials, and digital assets
• Take initiative on creative direction and bring new design ideas to the table
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs and update guidelines as needed
• Design and produce content for social media, web, events, and in-store marketing
• Create and update product packshots for use in ecommerce, marketing materials, and retailer catalogs
• Manage and organize digital design asset library with clear naming conventions and version control
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and production
• Coordinate with external vendors for print production and packaging delivery
• Ensure accurate file setup and pre-press readiness for packaging and printed materials
• Strong skills in drawing and illustration

About you

• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with packaging design for consumer-facing brands
• At least 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience
• Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
• Strong sense of aesthetics, layout, color, and typography
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work independently
• Proficient in managing digital assets and maintaining organized file systems
• Comfortable reading and writing in English; spoken proficiency is a plus
