Graphic Designer

We are hiring Graphic Designer at No Filter DHA Phase 6 Lahore.

The Role

You'll own the visual execution of the No Filter brand across packaging, retail, merchandise, and digital. You'll work closely with the marketing team to turn campaign ideas into designs that are consistent, on-brand, and ready for print and screen.

Key Responsibilities

• Design packaging and serveware, including cup sleeves, lid and closure accents, bottle and can labels, bags, and stickers, with print-ready files and accurate dielines.

• Develop branded merchandise such as apparel, tote bags, tumblers, and lifestyle products that extend the brand beyond the café.

• Create in-store collateral including menus, counter displays, table tents, signage, and promotional point-of-sale materials.

• Produce social media creatives, including static posts, carousels, stories, and ad creatives for Meta campaigns, in line with performance goals.

• Design launch and activation assets for new branch openings, seasonal menus, and limited-time offers.

• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines so that every output stays visually consistent.

• Coordinate with printers and vendors on proofs, colour accuracy, finishes, and production timelines.

• Manage multiple projects at once while meeting tight deadlines.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally in F&B, retail, or lifestyle brands.

• Strong command of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Figma or Canva is a plus.

• Hands-on experience with packaging design and print production, including dielines, bleeds, CMYK, and Pantone.

• A portfolio that shows range across print, packaging, and digital work.

• A strong eye for typography, layout, and colour, with the ability to adapt to an established brand identity.

• Basic motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, CapCut, or Premiere) are a strong advantage.
