About the Role

Are you passionate about creating impactful print and digital designs? We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer with expertise across both print media and digital marketing channels to develop visually compelling brand assets. If you have a strong aesthetic sense, technical precision, and experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotech branding, wed love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Print Design & Pre-Press

• Design and develop high-quality print collaterals, including Product Brochures, Visual Aid (VAC) Packs, Flyers, Leaflets, Posters, Standees, Packaging/Labels, and Exhibition/Conference Materials.
• Prepare print-ready artwork following technical specifications (bleed, dielines, color separation, pre-press).
• Ensure all print assets comply with print quality standards and regulatory guidelines.

Digital & Web Design

• Create engaging digital marketing assets, including social media creatives, digital display banners, promotional emailers, and web assets.
• Adapt brand campaigns across responsive digital formats and screen sizes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Medical teams to deliver cohesive visual solutions.
• Maintain brand consistency across both print and digital touchpoints.
• Incorporate feedback efficiently and manage multiple projects within fast-paced timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Design Software

• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Acrobat
• Figma / Canva (or related digital design tools)

Technical & Creative Expertise

• Strong command of typography, visual layout, color theory, grid systems, and brand hierarchy.
• Solid technical knowledge of print production (bleed, dielines, CMYK color profiles, paper stock) and digital graphics standards (RGB, web resolution, asset optimization).
• Excellent creative problem-solving skills with a strong eye for detail.

Experience & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Experience: 5 to 7 years of relevant experience spanning both print and digital design.
• Industry: Experience in the Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or Biotech industry is preferred.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing print collaterals (brochures, visual aids, packaging) alongside digital assets (social posts, banners, web collaterals).
