Graphic Designer

Overview
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs across various media, including print and apparel. This role requires a strong understanding of professional art and design principles, proficiency in graphic design software, and experience in preparing files for print production. The Graphic Designer will play a key role in creating artwork for apparel, catalog production, and other marketing materials, ensuring high-quality visual output that aligns with brand standards.

Duties

• Develop innovative graphic designs for print materials, apparel, catalogs, and promotional items.
• Utilize graphic design software to create, edit, and finalize artwork for various projects.
• Prepare design files according to print specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality for production.
• Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.
• Take photographs as needed to support design projects or product presentations.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and industry standards for professional art or design.

Skills

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of print design principles and file preparation for printing processes.
• Experience designing artwork for apparel, catalogs, and promotional materials.
• Ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs that meet client or brand objectives.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics, color theory, and layout composition.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
