About the Role

MNF Pro Global Sdn Bhd is looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join our internal design team, focusing on apparel graphics. You will own the full design process, from understanding design requirements and developing concepts to producing final, print-ready graphics, including illustrations, logos and layouts. This is a great opportunity for a designer who wants to grow their career in apparel and fashion design production.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with internal teams to understand and define design requirements for apparel graphics

• Develop design concepts based on briefs, including mood boards, sketches and concept visuals

• Create apparel graphics, illustrations and logos from concept to final artwork

• Design layouts for prints, labels, tags and packaging

• Ensure all designs align with brand identity and quality standards

• Prepare print-ready files and artwork specifications for production

• Collaborate with the production and merchandising teams to finalise designs

• Manage multiple design projects and meet production timelines

• Organise and maintain design files, assets and version records

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or a related field

• Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design, preferably in apparel, fashion or print production

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; InDesign is a plus

• Good understanding of print production and preparing print-ready artwork

• Strong portfolio showcasing illustration, logo, and layout work (apparel-related work is an advantage)

• Able to manage multiple projects and work to deadlines

• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
