Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and visually skilled individual to join our Graphic Design Department.

The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that supports the company's branding,

marketing, communication, and digital presence.

The role provides practical exposure to brand design, digital graphics, social media creatives, marketing materials,

presentations, and other visual communication projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing graphics for digital and offline marketing requirements.
• Design social media posts, banners, advertisements, promotional creatives, and campaign materials.
• Develop visual assets that are consistent with the company's brand identity and guidelines.
• Assist in creating layouts, illustrations, presentations, brochures, posters, and other marketing materials.
• Work closely with the content, marketing, AI, and other departments to understand design requirements.
• Convert concepts, briefs, and ideas into effective visual designs.
• Prepare design variations and revisions based on feedback from the reporting manager or relevant teams.
• Maintain consistency in typography, layout, imagery, spacing, and overall visual style.
• Create design assets in appropriate formats and dimensions for different digital platforms.
• Organize and maintain design files, source files, templates, and other creative assets.
• Stay updated with current graphic design trends, visual styles, and industry practices.
• Support the development and maintenance of company branding and visual communication materials.
• Ensure designs are completed accurately and within assigned deadlines.
• Perform other graphic design-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of basic graphic design principles.
• Good knowledge of typography, color, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Knowledge of CorelDRAW.
• Creative thinking and ability to develop original design concepts.
• Ability to understand design briefs and translate ideas into visual communication.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic understanding of branding and visual identity.
• Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn new design techniques and tools.

Preferred Skills

Candidates with knowledge or experience in any of the following will have an advantage:

• UI/UX design fundamentals
• Brand identity and visual systems
• Social media design
• Digital advertising creatives
• Illustration and icon design
• Print design and production basics
• Presentation and pitch-deck design
• Basic motion graphics

Educational Qualification.

Design, Advertising, Digital Media, or a related field.

• Candidates from other educational backgrounds with a strong design portfolio may also be considered.
