GRAPHIC DESIGNER

IPrint Express Pte Ltd is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team.

This is a fully on-site graphic design. The position involves designing and checking artwork, replying to customer emails for ongoing jobs, following up on approvals and order progress, updating job tasks, and coordinating confirmed orders with the production team.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Prepare, check and amend print-ready artwork.

Reply to customer emails regarding ongoing jobs and artwork.

Follow up on artwork, approvals, payments and required information.

Update, move and assign job tasks according to order progress.

Submit confirmed artwork and job details to production.

Coordinate with the production team and follow up on job status.

Ensure artwork and order information are accurate and properly updated.

Manage multiple artwork jobs and orders efficiently.

Qualifications and experience

Relevant experience in a printing company, graphic design studio or related industry is preferred.

Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. Experience with Adobe InDesign will be an advantage.

Familiar with Microsoft Office and macOS.

Knowledge of print-ready artwork preparation, bleed, safe margins, CMYK colours, image resolution and printing specifications.

Able to communicate professionally with customers through email and other communication channels.

Strong attention to detail in artwork checking, file preparation and order handling.

Able to communicate effectively in English and handle Chinese-language customer enquiries and artwork when required.

Able to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsible, self-motivated and able to work closely with customers and the production team.

Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Printing Technology or a related field is preferred.

Candidates with commercial printing or production coordination experience will have an advantage.

Experience creating social media content, including Facebook and Instagram posts, content and short-form videos, will be an advantage.

Experience managing product listings, product images, promotional content or online stores on e-commerce platforms will be an advantage.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 9:30am to 6:30pm

Saturday: 9:30am to 1:30pm

Gradually adding on Personalized printing services, such as direct mailing and variable data printing, where we can print addresses or customize greetings to your prints and facilitate postage to target residential or business areas. We also include Brand design in our repertoire of services where we help customers reshape or recreate logos to get them started in building the foundation of their personal or corporate brand and identity.
