GRAPHIC DESIGNER

To join our team, we are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer who can develop high-quality visual concepts and design materials for digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to translate business requirements into clear and engaging visual communications.

Key Responsibilities:

· Create and develop visual concepts, graphics and layouts in line with the company’s brand identity and business requirements.

· Design digital and print materials including advertisements, social media graphics, brochures, presentations, banners and promotional materials.

· Develop layouts and visual assets for websites, digital platforms and marketing campaigns.

· Produce illustrations, icons, graphics and other visual content to support the company’s digital products and services.

· Select appropriate typography, colours, imagery and layouts to create clear, consistent and visually effective communications.

· Edit and enhance photographs, images and other digital assets for use across company platforms.

· Prepare artwork and design files to the required specifications for digital publication and professional printing.

· Work closely with marketing, technical and management teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective visual designs.

· Review and amend designs following feedback from management, clients and other stakeholders while maintaining brand consistency.

· Manage multiple design projects and maintain organised libraries of design files, templates, images and other creative assets.

Requirements

· Relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media or a related discipline.

· Previous professional experience in graphic design or a similar creative role, supported by a strong portfolio of digital and print work.

· Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

· Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layout and visual communication principles.

· Experience producing digital content for websites, social media and online marketing campaigns.

· Ability to interpret design briefs and translate concepts and business requirements into professional visual designs.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and explain creative ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

· Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy, consistency and high-quality design work.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities, respond constructively to feedback and work effectively to deadlines.
