Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute design solutions for internal and external communications, including social media, digital campaigns, websites, newsletters, events, leadership communications, presentations.
• Translate business briefs and communication objectives into clear, engaging visual concepts and creative assets.
• Develop social and digital creatives across static posts, carousels, infographics, short-form video, banners, thumbnails, and campaign assets.
• Create infographics, charts, dashboards, and data visualizations that simplify complex business information and research.
• Design and enhance PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership, internal communications, events, and external engagements.
• Contribute creative inputs to multimedia content, including storyboards, visual treatments, graphics, thumbnails, and promotional assets.
• Develop campaign visual identities, key visuals, templates, and reusable design systems across marketing initiatives.
• Adapt creative concepts across multiple formats and platforms while ensuring consistency with BCG's brand guidelines.
• Coordinate the design, production, and delivery of print media and collateral, working with internal stakeholders and external vendors as required.

Desired Skills & Experience

Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience (Minimum: Bachelors in design and related Design courses)

• Must Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with Figma or similar design tools.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing tools such as After Effects and Premiere Pro is an advantage
• Strong portfolio across digital and social design, print media, presentations, data visualization, brand communications, and visual storytelling.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, hierarchy, imagery, and information design.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Ability to simplify complex information into clear and compelling visual communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within established brand guidelines.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
