STEP UP TO THE PLATE

We're looking for a creative, hands-on Graphic Designer who wants more than a seat in the dugout. As part of our small, passionate team, you'll help shape our creative direction and have a real say in how All-Star looks to the world. If you're excited to own your work and see it make an impact, we want to hear from you.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

· Bring our gear to life on camera. You'll photograph products for the website, packaging, marketing campaigns, and social media.

· Design packaging and hangtags that grab attention on the shelf and tell the All-Star story.

· Build catalogs and sell sheets that help our sales team and partners showcase the full lineup.

· Manage our digital asset library so every image, logo, and file is organized and ready for our website and partners.

· Own our website listings so every product looks sharp and accurate online.

· Create limited edition colorways. This is your chance to dream up bold, head-turning looks that players will line up for.

· Keep everyone in the loop. You'll share project updates across the company and work directly with our domestic and international factories to make sure designs come to life exactly as intended.

· Juggle multiple projects and prioritize based on what matters most to the business.

WHAT TO BRING TO THE GAME

· 3–5 years of experience in graphic design

· Expert-level skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. These are non-negotiable.

· Product photography experience and a strong eye for making products look their best

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to work with internal teams and overseas manufacturing partners

· Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to handle several projects at once without dropping the ball

· Experience using AI tools to speed up workflows and spark new creative ideas

· A portfolio that shows off your creativity, versatility, and attention to detail

EXTRA BASES (these bonus skills will have you batting leadoff)

· Diamond sports industry experience

· A passion for baseball and softball.

· 3D product design experience

· Working knowledge of Excel

· Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
