Graphic Designer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1 Design high-converting ad creatives, banners & product visuals for Meta, Google & marketplace ads

2 Create social media content (posts, reels covers, stories, carousels) for Instagram & Facebook Design and maintain product listing images, A+ content & brand store visuals for Amazon/Flipkart

3 Support basic UI/UX tasks — website banners, landing page layouts, Shopify section designs Build brand-consistent packaging mockups, pitch decks & internal marketing collaterals

4 Manage social media posting calendar and coordinate content with the marketing team

5 Edit short-form video content and create motion graphics for ad placements when needed

6 Maintain organized design files, brand asset libraries & version control across all projects

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in D2C / e-commerce brands
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva Pro & Figma (for basic UI/UX)
• Strong portfolio showing ad creatives, social media designs & e-commerce visuals
• Understanding of social media trends, platform-specific content formats & visual storytelling
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles — wireframes, responsive layouts, user flows
• Experience managing brand social media handles and scheduling content is a plus
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, fast turnaround — can handle multiple design requests daily
• Degree in Design / Visual Communication / Fine Arts or equivalent practical experience

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
