Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer to develop high-quality visual communication for digital, print, product, exhibition, and corporate requirements. The role also requires basic videography awareness and the ability to plan, brief, and coordinate effectively with a videographer for shoots and video-based campaigns. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  Design social media creatives, digital advertisements, brochures, catalogues, presentations, banners, posters, exhibition graphics, packaging, and other brand materials.  Translate marketing briefs into clear, attractive, and brand-consistent visual concepts.  Create and adapt designs for multiple sizes, channels, brands, and campaign requirements.  Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with printers and vendors on size, colour, material, proofing, and final output.  Maintain consistency in fonts, colours, imagery, layouts, and visual identity across all communication.  Support basic image editing, retouching, product photography, and simple video editing or motiongraphic requirements.  Apply basic videography knowledge such as framing, lighting, shot references, aspect ratios, and visual continuity when planning content.  Coordinate with the videographer by preparing creative briefs, mood boards, shot lists, product requirements, location details, and timelines.  Attend or support product, event, factory, interview, or campaign shoots and ensure required visual assets are captured.  Organise design files, editable source files, brand assets, photographs, and video footage in a structured library.  Manage multiple design requests, incorporate feedback, and deliver final artwork within agreed timelines. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE  Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related discipline.  1-3 years of relevant graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.  Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Canva, or equivalent design tools.  Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or equivalent is preferred.  Basic understanding of photography/videography, lighting, composition, formats, and social media video requirements.  Strong attention to detail, creativity, file management, communication, and coordination skills. PREFERRED PROFILE  Experience in B2B, manufacturing, industrial, printing, textile, product, or exhibition design.  Portfolio demonstrating both digital and print design capabilities.  Ability to confidently coordinate with photographers, videographers, printers, agencies, and internal teams.
