Graphic Designer

The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.

Responsibilities

• Development of a visual concept: creation of logos, corporate styles, packaging design, graphic and digital materials (banners, posters, infographics), including the generation of photo and video content via AI.
• Retouching and processing of photos.
• Preparation of layouts: layout of printed products (brochures, catalogues, business cards) and materials for digital platforms, pre‑press preparation of layouts and quality control.
• Tracking current trends in design, studying the target audience, and incorporating current trends into creatives.
• Managing projects from concept to implementation.
• Meeting deadlines and adhering to corporate standards.

Requirements

• Proficient knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and other graphic and digital editors (Adobe Ai, Ae, Figma).
• Ability to retouch studio photographs submitted for design work (color correction, removing defects, changing shape, texture, etc.).
• Proficient knowledge of the principles of composition, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to develop and scale design layouts for various communication channels (website, app, social media).
• Ability to work with various image formats and their requirements.
• Ability to generate images and videos using AI for work‑related tasks, work with references, refine and retouch the results of the generated content. Ability to identify and eliminate AI artifacts.
• Ability to work on non‑standard creative tasks in a team with a supervisor.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy. The minimum number of errors when uploading ready design layouts. 11. The ability to receive feedback and improve with its help.
