Graphic Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, creativity, and visual communication, with the ability to create engaging designs for digital and marketing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Create creative and visually appealing designs for social media, digital marketing, advertisements, brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Develop graphics and creatives according to the company's branding and marketing requirements.
• Design social media posts, reels covers, promotional creatives, and campaign materials.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to understand design requirements and deliver projects within deadlines.
• Maintain consistency in brand colors, fonts, layouts, and overall visual identity.
• Edit and enhance images, photographs, and other visual content when required.
• Create multiple design concepts and make revisions based on feedback.
• Stay updated with current design trends, social media trends, and creative techniques.
• Organize and maintain design files and creative assets.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Good knowledge of Canva and/or Figma.
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, composition, and layout.
• Good photo editing and image manipulation skills.
• Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into effective visual designs.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics.
• Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Knowledge of AI-based design and creative tools is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
• A strong portfolio of previous design work is required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
