About the Role- We're looking for a Graphic Designer with UI/UX Background . You'll own design work from concept through final delivery across digital, print and brand projects. You'll work closely with marketing, product and leadership teams in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly. This role suits someone who does great work under deadline pressure and can guide both the work and the people around them.What You'll Do

• Lead design projects from concept to final production across web, social, email, presentations, print collateral and brand assets.
• Manage several projects at once, prioritize well and deliver high-quality work on tight timelines.
• Turn business goals and creative briefs into clear, compelling visual solutions.
• Keep brand standards consistent across all channels and help evolve them over time.
• Work with internal marketers, developers and stakeholders to shape ideas and act on feedback.
• Present concepts and explain the reasoning behind your design decisions to internal teams and leadership.
• Prepare production-ready files and manage vendor and printer handoffs when needed.
• Keep up with design trends, tools and best practices, and bring new ideas to the team.

What You Bring

• 1 to 3 years of professional graphic or visual design experience, in an agency, in-house or both.
• Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro or Adobe XD is a plus.
• A strong portfolio showing range, conceptual thinking and polished execution.
• A proven ability to juggle competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• A strong command of typography, layout, color theory and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent communication skills, and comfort presenting work and taking in feedback.
• Self-motivation and organization, with sharp attention to detail.
• A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Figma or other UI/UX tools.
• Motion graphics or video editing skills.
• Experience with digital advertising and social media creative.
• A basic understanding of HTML/CSS or web design principles.
• Experience with brand development or rebranding projects.
