Leverage Shares is a fast-growing provider of Exchange Traded Products (ETPs). In December 2017 we listed our first range of single-stock ETPs on the London Stock Exchange. Since then we've added products on Euronext and XETRA, and we keep growing. Our flat structure means good ideas get heard, whoever they come from.

The role

We're looking for a creative, hands-on Graphic Designer to make the digital content behind our marketing. You'll take projects from first idea to final file. You'll keep our brand sharp and consistent, and you'll help shape how financial products look and feel to investors.

What you'll do

• Plan and run design projects from concept to delivery
• Create high-quality, original artwork for digital campaigns, social media, web and marketing materials
• Suggest creative improvements and refine drafts with the team
• Brainstorm new ideas with the design team
• Keep the brand consistent across every channel and campaign
• Keep up with design and fintech trends and bring fresh ideas to the table
• Spot gaps in current workflows and suggest better ways of working
• Organise and maintain our design, photo and video libraries

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Design (graphic or web preferred)
• 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Web Designer or in a similar role
• A strong portfolio with a good eye for typography, layout and current design trends
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Good communication and time management skills, and the ability to juggle priorities under tight deadlines
• Good analytical and decision-making skills

Nice to have:

• Web and UI/UX experience
• 3D design and/or Adobe After Effects (motion graphics)
