Job Purpose:

We are seeking a junior-level Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in design principles and a passion for crafting visually engaging content across multiple platforms. This role is an opportunity to develop skills in branding, digital design, and marketing collateral while working closely with experienced designers.

Key Accountabilities:

• Assist in developing and executing creative concepts for branding, marketing, and digital campaigns.
• Design marketing collateral, including brochures, social media graphics, and presentations.
• Ensure consistency in design execution while following brand guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging visual solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new design techniques.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and meet deadlines.

Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience working with video and animation (strong plus)
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX tools such as Figma or Miro (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual storytelling.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• A portfolio showcasing creativity, layout skills, and branding expertise.
