Graphic Designer

UPEPE Media is the Lahore office of a New York–based signage company. We handle design, marketing and operations for busy sign shops serving clients across NYC and New Jersey. We're hiring a full-time Graphic Designer to work on-site at our Johar Town office.

What you'll do

• Design sign mockups and proofs for customer approval (storefront signs, channel letters, banners, vehicle graphics, window decals)
• Create logos and brand identities — logo design, colour palettes and brand consistency across materials
• Photo manipulation and compositing: work from photos of real job sites to mock up signs on actual storefronts
• Design posters, flyers and other creative print material
• Create social media graphics and marketing visuals for our brand websites and channels
• Prepare print-ready production files with correct dimensions, bleeds and colour specs
• Turn around revisions quickly based on customer and team feedback

What we're looking for

• 1–3 years of professional design experience
• Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop — vector work and image manipulation are both essential
• Proven logo and branding work in your portfolio
• A creative eye: strong typography, layout and original design thinking, not just template work
• Solid understanding of print production: scale, resolution, CMYK, vector vs raster
• Experience with signage or large-format printing is a big plus

Portfolio required
Include a link to your portfolio (Behance, Google Drive, personal site, etc.) in your application. It should show logos/branding, social media work and print pieces. Only candidates who share a portfolio will be considered for the next stage.

• Schedule: Evening shift, aligned with US Eastern business hours (roughly 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT)
• Pay: market competitive, based on experience

Pay: Rs85,000.00 - Rs125,000.00 per month
